Typing word test

Ok so I am not usually a sucker for these things that you take a little test and then post it in your little myspace page and make it all cluttered looking. But I am usually pretty proud of being able to type quickly and accurately. So I found this site that is a typing test using the most common words in the english language. I did better than I thought that I would.

So there you have it. I actually do type pretty fast. If you want to take the test for yourself and compare scores click on that first image or click on this link here. So bottom line according to this study on page 6, I am in the top 10% as far as typing speed goes. The average is 39 WPM so as long as you do better than that you should be good.
